About Me
I came across the life-changing practise of Pilates after sustaining a knee injury from a kungfu sparring session. It was a game changer in the way I approached movement and injury recovery. In the past, I tended to throw myself into most physical experiences without much consideration about how to do it properly. I went from injury-prone to injury-free remarkably quickly.
I’ve been a teacher since 2010, and have worked with a variety of clients from all ages, fitness levels and pathologies. My work with professional athletes such as aerialists, dancers, climbers and footballers, have allowed me to fine tune my understanding of the body and its potential to recover, improve and endure.
I have naturally been drawn to work with clients needing rehabilitation, as I find this most interesting, but I work anyone who wants to move better.
I have also done my specialised pregnancy and postnatal training and have worked with many women throughout their pregnancies and helped them through their recovery back to normal movement and wellbeing.
Thai massage
This is a floor based massage which uses acupressure and stretches to open up the flow along energy lines, and remove obstructions in movement and posture. It’s a perfect compliment to Pilates. For further information, please email me or use the form below.
